Exposure indicator cannot be shown properly

hi hubaiz,
Using v0.28 iOS with iPad and canon 600d wifi connection with tp link mr3040 (ddserver)
Can u let me know why the exposure indicator cannot be shown with value ?

On Canon DSLR the exposure value is only available if the shutter is pressed half way (AF button) or fully pressed (during capture)

Hi ,
Thanks for your quick reply.
I can only see the exposure value updated in the viewfinder (half way pressed the shutter) but cannot find any update value in the live view in the qdslrdashboard software. Pls see the attached photo.
If there is any setting I have done wrong? Pls advice?
