Problem with TL-MR3020 V3

I finally and bought this router, but can't install firmware 
Firmware Version:1.2.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 171206 Rel.66618n
Hardware Version:TL-MR3020 v3 00000001
When I try to upgrade firmware all I got is message:
Error code: 4503
The uploaded file was not accepted.
Is there any solution to this?
