qDslrDashboard on iOS together with Canon 7D Mark II ??

Morning guys.

Has anyone of you following hardware running sucessfully with qDslrDashboard ?

1. TPLINK MR3040 with openWRT installed (by photecs.de) connected to Canon 7D Mark II. According to photecs it should work immediately.
2. qDslrDashboard on iOS iphone 6 / ipad 3

I can't get it to work. qDslrDashboard on my Windows workstation is functioning. So at least the camera should work. So I know at least the basic features of qDslrDashboard
My iOS devices are connected to the router without problems. Red power LED and green WIFI LED are on. Battery is loaded. As soon I touch the Canon WIFI symbol in qDslrDashboard the green WIFI LED starts flashing and qDslrDashboard says: Searching for Canon DSLR. But the conection never established. Tried different USB cable. No success. Did I forget to set something on the camera as well?

Little help would be fine. Yes I red the manuals before my first post.

You need to press the 'Network' button (the first button from left on iOS).
The 'Canon wireless' button is only used for Canon DSLR with wireless.

If the camera is not found by single press, long press the 'Network' button and enter 192.168.1.1 as IP and press the 'Connect' button.

Hi rudixxl! Any chance you could describe the setup you have for your canon d7 ii with the dslr dashboard app. I want to have it connect to my iphone or ipad and wanted to know if you can share your setup and what items i need to purchase. Thanks !
