Can you explain? What DSLR do you use? What is the problem?

See that you opened more threads on the same topic (deleted them, it is enough to have one).
From the other post I see that you use D810.
Can you explain what is the problem, what did you try?

Please explain it in more detail, from this I don't know what is the problem.

When I connect to the camera all I see is a blank screen, and when I use my apple Ipad (I purchased the app) I cannot connect to the Nikon D810

although I can use the camera controls but have a blank screen showing nothing but controls and when I hit live view Dashboard closes down

let us say I am a complete novice re computer. I have a Dell windows 8.1 computer and some how have got the instructions wrong because the download page is different and I am not sure what I am doing. So I want to start from the beginning. The tplink is not broken I don't believe. Do you have instructions for Windows 8.1 to download the firmware. I have always used version 1 and have ddserver installed on tplink. I think I have completely stuffed it up
