Usb Connection Sony Alpha 6500 <-> Mac

Hi all!
I have problems connecting my Sony Alpha 6500 to qDSLRdashboard on my Mac.
With programs like "RemoteCameraControl" or the new "Remote" it works fine, only qDSLRdashboard does not want to connect.
The camera continuously displays "Connecting" and the program says "Connecting to Sony ILCA-6500".
Unfortunately, nothing else happens then.
Does anyone know something, or has a hint what I'm doing wrong?
Of course, the camera is set to PC remote control.
