A7III not transfering images to selected folder

I have a Sony A7III. I have the dslr dashboard loaded on two different PC's and on my Android based tablet. None of the captured files are showing up in the designated folders. I am able to connect them using the wifi and change settings, but the captured images are not showing up. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?
