I recently got my D750 back from service and they did a firmware upgrade and reset all of my settings. I think the "Quick Image Review" and "Image Review" used to work but now they do not. I also recently updated the app to allow me to use my Z6 II. So that could be the problem as well. The Quick Image Review does, howerver, work with my Z6 II.

Can anyone think of what might have been changed to cause the image review to stop working?

What is the capture image format in camera settings (RAW or RAW+JPG)?
In qDslrDashboard settings is the 'Quick image review after capture' enabled? Eventually try disabling and enabling it again.
