Delete pictures after viewing them on iPhone / iPad

After shooting some photos with qdsldashboard I can still see the photos in the app in the iPad view even after I have deleted the photos on the device.
Deleting the caches does not bring the desired effect. The picture still show up in the app but I see no place on the iPad where they are stored. The picture folders are empty.

So I have to mark the photos one by one for deletion in the app. This is very boring if you got more the 100 photos. If you click on the photo too fast, it will be opened instead of marked. I would really appreciate a button "Delete all pictures" or "Check all for deletion" to be implemented.

Long press the 'Selection' button and it will invert the selection.
V0.3 will have a small menu where you can select all/jpg/raw images
