qDD does not start on Win7 64b

qDD 3.6.4 does not start on Win7 64b. No error, no window.
CPU i5-2500 (intel HD2000, OpenGL 3.1), 4GB RAM, fresh system with all available updates.

Did you try to run it with qDslrDashboard_Directx.cmd and qDslrDashboard_OpenGL.cmd? Both give the same error?

Yes. Both give same effect, just the console window blinks.

Here is a debug build:

Just replace the qDslrDashboard.exe in an existing V3.6.4 folder and run the qDslrDashboard_Directx.cmd and qDslrDashboard_opengl.cmd
The log files will be created in your Documents folder as 'qdd_<date_time>.log'
You could send it to the support email.
