Can't find the app in the app store

I have got a new Ipad instead of my old android tablet, I have been trying to download and install the qdslrdashboard app from the app store, but for some reason it tells me that it's not available for my region/country .... any solution to that issue?

It might be gone But I think it was retitled control my camera.

Neither DslrDashboard or ControlMyCamera are in the UK App Store.

The idslrdashboard download page states that because of a complaint the app was removed from the Apple App store. I have been checking for the last year(?) and the message was not changed. I would like know if any progress has been made resolving this problem with Apple. I have sent a email about this situation but have not received a reply.
