"Capture sample" is not always successful

Camera: Canon EOS 5D4 (Firmware 1.3.3), Canon EOS R5 (Firmware 1.5.2)
Shooting Format: RAW + JPG (5D4 S3, R5 S2)
Mobile Phone: OnePlus 7T (Android 11), APP: qDslrDashboard 3.5.9
Intervalometer: YONGNUO MC-36R

Camera and phone connected via wifi. In LRTimelapse screen of qDslrDashboard, pressing the "Capture sample" button will not necessarily display the picture taken. This is the case for both cameras when the "Capture sample" button is pressed. I'm worried if the images used for calculations during shooting will also be stable for transfer to the phone.

Thank you!

The problem was solved after upgrading to 3.6.8.

I have installed qDSLR-Dashboard v3.6.8 on my Galaxy S9: "Capture Sample" is not working, "Auto Holy Grail" is not active.
Live View, Focus and other functions are OK.

I tested different qDSLR Dashboard settings without any effect:
- "RAW+S2", Raw+S1": both not working
- "image capture review" on or off: both not working
- "Use Canon local storage" on or off: both not working
The software was working on Galaxy S9 in summer 2022 (I don't remember the software version)

On my Laptop the version v3.6.7 is installed: Everything is working

Do I have to go back to v3.6.7? If yes how to install it on my S9?

Thanks a lot for anybody who can help me.
