I have DDServer up and running on an Openwrt D-Link DIR-510L and qDSLRdashboard on my laptop. It works well, quite happy with it. However, what I would like to know is that is it possible to connect with DDServer with another program? I need to use plate solving programs for astronomy and so far, my usual goto program doesn’t support cameras over wifi, but there are others that do. The question is, is it possible to connect to the DDServer with programs like the astro photography tool (APT)? Or is qDSLRdashboard the only one?

ddserver is only a small proxy application that will forward the USB PTP packets between the connected USB camera and qDslrDashboard.
The application would need to implement support for it.
