I recently purchased a Nikon WU 1b from ebay for my Nikon D610, after 2 weeks the wifi signal is exceptionally weak. I have to be within 10 cm to get any signal. I've read that we can use TP-LINK TL-MR3040 routers as a wifi device? Is this option possible for the Nikon D610? Also what other alternatives are there for this camera which is proven to work well?
