I cannot get qDSLR to shoot in mirror up mode on my D750. If I put it into camera mode and set the camera to MUP the shutter fires immediately with one click of the shutter button in qDSLR (instead of the first click just raising the mirror). Likewise, if I switch to host mode and change to MUP from within qDSLR it still fires the shot off with one click of the qDSLR shutter button.

Mirror up capture is not possible on Nikon DSLR while connected/controlled with USB (camera limitation).
Only way you could do is to use the camera exposure delay property (off, 1 sec, 2 sec, 3 sec)

The new D810a has a mirror up function but didn't yet added it to qDD.
