Nikon WiFi not working in Win V0.3 betas

None of my Nikon cameras are seen over WiFi in the Windows V0.3 betas, including beta 9. I've tried a D750 and D7200. Both cameras work fine over USB, and both work fine over USB+WiFi on V0.29. Both cameras also work fine on the Android App V0.3 beta 9.
