Hi,

I have the DSLR dashboard installed on my iPad 2 connected to a Nikon D3200 via USB. There appears to be two issues:

1. There is no USB icon displayed in the DSLR dashboard despite being connected
2. On the camera pressing live view gives an error

Is anyone else got this working?
