Thanks to Apple - no. You can install only what's available on iTunes/App store

I have tried various downloads form several sites that advertise iOS 3.8 and cannot get my iPad to accept it - I am on 8.4.1.

I guess we just have to wait until Hubaiz gets to sorting out the issues.
