Access images on camera

Hi All,

I have qDD working for the most part with a Nikon D750 on a Google Nexus 4. I can use live view and review images I have taken via the app. The camera is set to store RAW only. How can I review/download to the phone images stored on the memory card in the camera (images which were taken with the camera without the involvement of the app)? This is possible in the terrible Nikon app (even when RAW only stored on the camera, the Nikon app can store a jpg version onto the phone) so I was hoping to do the same with qDD.

I see on the right hand side controls in qDD there is a 'play' button just below the 'Image Gallery Button' - this play button doesn't seem to appear in the documentation but it seems like the play button should give me what I'm looking for but when I press it nothing happens - any ideas?

Thanks!

The play button should display the last capture image.

By last captured image, do you mean last captured image, even if that image was captured without the use of DSLRDashBoard (i.e. just captured with the camera alone)?

Is it not possible to download to the phone any image that is stored on the SD card of the camera? This is easily possible with the (terrible) Nikon app on android.

In any case, as I said in the original post, for me, the play button on DSLRDashBoard doesn't do anything at all!

To download photos from camera to remote device go to gallery, chose SD slot, hit refresh.
Than you will see all photos on that card. To download photos select them (individual selecting - button with 4 squares) and hit download.
qDD cannot extract JPEGs from RAWs so you have to download whole RAWs and view them in app that supports RAWs.
