D800 screens turns off when dslrdashboard lv starts

Hi, please if anyone has a solution, I ammusing the wireless control to pull focus and the camera on the steadycam goes blind when thw screen turns off, i am not able to connect a second celphone neither. Helo turning my camera screen on while working with dslrdashboard? Any other idea? (Tried with hdmi and a field monitor at the same time... no luck) tried with screen monitoring (no luck) I am running out of ideas here 
please help!!!!
