Re: No live view on the new Nikon D500
I do believe that my problem with v352 and the D500 is related to the 3040. I have 4 cameras (6D,D800,D810 and D500) I have two TPLink 3040 V2's and a HAMA device. All three routers work with the 6D,D800 and D810 The HAMA and one of the TP-Links work with the D500 The 2nd TP-Link fails to connect wi...

MOCO, v3.5.2 and the reported "current" position
I was excited to see in the list of new features for 3.5.2 an update to the MOCO support. This is something I have tried to use in the past but with very erratic results. The new release seems a little more reliable and I can get it to control the NMX controller(which is at firmware build 40). Howev...

Re: No live view on the new Nikon D500
First of all thanks for the 3.5.2 release. I can use it happily over a 3040 router with iOS9.3 and my Nikon D810. But with the same iPad and the same 3040 I cannot connect to a D500. When I long press the Wireless button in qDslrDashboard, I see the normal IP address/port dialog but cannot connect t...

Re: EOS 70D + LRT + NMX-Controller
Hi Cathy ,
Are you using DslrDashboard to control the motors attached to the NMX? and if yes, are you using the IC dialog or the MOCO dialog.

Re: Interval shots are saved on memory card but not in device
My setups do the same but I wouldn't want it another way. The time to copy a raw file to the laptop would be too great for many situations,

Re: EOS 70D + LRT + NMX-Controller
I have the NMX controller working - to some degree - with a Nikon D800 and D810. DSLRDashboard is 0.3.1 for iOS (9.0.2( I have problems with the reporting of the NMX current position so although it is possible to define an IC curve for the NMX (build 41) and the motors are sent to the start position...

Re: Max Shutter Duration Only 30 Seconds???
There's an expensive solution to this limit of 30 secs - buy a D810a.
This "astro" version has features that are also great for time-lapse.
I played with one recently and am seriously tempted

Re: 2015, my experience(bug report) of timelapsing with qDslrdashboard
I too have seen the erratic intervals when using the interval timer inside the LRTimelapse option. I believe I have found a workaround - at least it has worked for me in the 7 time lapses I have taken recently (all using iOS) Use the Interval Controller option that came with 0.3 This is opened by th...

Re: V0.3 Beta 9 - Moco
If it isn't possible to integrate LRTimelapse option with the Interval Controller would the following be possible? Add a new "exposure" channel were we could set the camera speed and iso at various points. This of course presumes that the future exposures can be predicted in advance but, i...
