I tried to run qDslrDashboard.exe on both windows 7 and 10 machine, it all shows a blank black screen as shown in attached image, these is no way to connect with the Nikon 5500 camera, could anybody tell what is the problem? thanks a lot!

I do have the same problem. I'm using Windows 10 fresh installed and updated to current state.
I connect my Nikon D7100 via USB (WinUSB driver installed!).
The camera responds to commands but the Lv view does not render the image.
Any one having an idea?
