Shutter Speed not setting correctly on D610, TP-Link, iOS10

I have an iPad & iPhone 7 both running iOS 10. When setting my shutter speed in live view, the app will set the camera to a random shutter speed.

I have a real estate shoot tomorrow - any help would be great!
