Lock up question

Post by asenna32 »

I flashed a brand new TP-Link 3040 and everything connects fine to my Nikon D810. I can control my camera from both iOS devices (iPad/iPhone running latest iOS9) and both of my Macs (running latest OS X 10.11.2) through qDSLRdashboard app. However, when I take a few pictures it suddenly gets stuck in Capture in Progress. I can see the LiveView timer still running in the background so I know the app is still alive. It appears that it is waiting for something to buffer maybe? It never recovers from this and the only choice is to kill the app and restart. I can't take more than 2-3 pictures before this occurs.I have tried two iOS devices and two Macs using both wireless and Ethernet connectivity.I have also tried both USB3 and USB2 cable on my camera to no avail.

I also have the full CamRanger setup and it is working fine, but wanted a second setup that is more cost effective.

Any help would be appreciated.

Is image review enabled?
Can you maybe create a screen shoot of the 'camera properties display' (second button from top on the right side).
Or maybe a video?
