Ok, this may very well be the dumbest question ever asked...........
I have downloaded Beta 3 ARM version onto my PC but I have no idea how to install it from there onto my Galaxy S4. Normally I only install apps from the Google app store directly on my phone.
Once everyone has stopped laughing I would greatly appreciate some advice on how to get this done

Today is my first day on this forum. I see this post is a little old, but I though I would reply anyway. You need to first make sure that you have your phone set to install applications from unknown sources. To do this, go to settings then security. From there check the box that says "unknown sources" to allow installation of applications from both trusted and unknown sources. Then transfer the apk file to your Galaxy S4. Once there you can open any file manager from your phone and select the apk file and it will ask you if you want to install it. Using a file manager like ES file explorer makes it really simple to intall, back up, or remove applications.
