You need to connect your controlling device to the camera.
Canon cameras have this functionality where you can connect the camera with wireless to your local network, but for Nikon I don't know about.

While live view is active the host mode is enabled by camera and it can't be deactivated.
On Z models it can be deactivated but on DSLR not, it is a camera limitation.

I added the ID or the Zfc so it should work.

Currently for Sony camera only wireless connection is supported using the 'Smart remote control' camera application.
I began working on USB connection but without a proper documentation from Sony the development is slow.
HDMI connection is not supported at all.

ddserver is only a small proxy application that will forward the USB PTP packets between the connected USB camera and qDslrDashboard.
The application would need to implement support for it.
